I was talking to this girl who lives down the hall from me. I've had an interest in her. I talked to one of her friends down stairs and asked her if she could metion me to her in their next conversation. Her friend told me she said I was cute. I ran into her a couple days ago and asked her if she wanted to come over and listen to me play guitar sometime and she said I'd love to honey. It'll be my first time with a girl without adult supervision and it was the first time a girl's ever called me any names like honey or sweetheart. It seems like some good luck is coming to me in life. Can someone give me some advice on how not to fuck up?

    well good work for starters...

are you sure it is a date or not just hangin' out?

anyway be prepared that she might just want to be friends but if you like her also be open to chemistry. basically all i am saying is don't come on too strong or desperate but dont be too shy to make a move either...

Just be yourself. Bring up topics that interest you; and if you both start talking for hours then it may work. But if you really have nothing in common or nothing to talk about then maybe you all were ment to be friends.
Good luck! Hope it all works out for you! Keep us posted! :)

rock on joker. brush yer teeth, smell good, clean the house up a bit, listen to dmgreen, and hopefully she wants to come back and hang again sometime. i hesitate to give anymore advice - cause i'm out of touch with dating, myself.

    yeah, man! awesome news!

My advice, based on my little experience in the matter, is to just be yourself. Don't be afraid to say something that interests you to strike up a conversation. Be sure to get to know her by finding out what she likes. If it comes down to an awkward silence - say something funny!
