High Times

To those of you who read it, do you ever save them and go through them and feel like you're reading it for the first time?


haha, I do that all the time.

I was so happy when they brought back the REAL High Times magazine. The other one was boring.

I found this one the other day and got almost as happy as I did when it was first sent!

I am not really into magazines, but what do you mean the real high times?

 

last year they changed the format and called Grow America. It was more politically driven. I loved the magazine, but they took out a lot of the growing articles and pics of buds and a lot of the fun stuff High Times has been printing for years. I prefer to have the original.

that's why the cover says "the buds are back!"

Funny, I felt exactly the opposite. The writing was really great for a year. It was journalistic, instead of "this weed, that weed, this weed, that pipe...repeat". I have that year archived...

 

if they had combined both it would have been perfect. you can't have just one side or the other in my opinion.

 

Oh well, as long as there's some kind of magazine for people who smoke... I think I'm happy. My dad actually got me a subscription to high times... lmao.

 

I like the new format alot better too. I was just reading the issue thart came out after that one.

 

i always read back issues... theres always some article that i dont get too, because at the time it looks too long or not my interest... so after i read all the articles i wanna read from month to month i go back and read other articles from older mags

 

I read Cannabis Culture, but yah I can go back in a couple months and it's like I never read it.

High Times is a much more in depth magazine than CC, in my opinion. But yes, I am also glad they brought the old format back.

 

The ONLY gripe I have with High Times, Heads, and Cannabis Culture magazines is that sometimes they do these stupid "girls of ganja" or whatever issues, where they have bunch of hot "stoner" (yeah, RIGHT) women in little bikinis or naked rubbing pot all over them. As a female reader of these magazines, I don't give a rats ass about these half naked women and really wish they wouldn't do these types of issues. They NEVER do an issue with half naked male strippers with pot leaves covering their cocks...


Thats why I propose an all-female pot magazine... everything pot is geered towards females....
