i doubt very much it is something that serious from smoking since jan. the reason yuo could have had trouble breathing could be asthma or something like that. your best bet is to stop now as smoking damages the hairs in your lungs and it will lead to more serious things. e.g cancer (which might not sound that bad to you now but wait till u get it) go to your doctor and explain what happened etc. they cant tell your parents so dont worry about that. good luck and quit
studies show that respiratory problems are only caused from weed after years and years of heavy smoking. It is possible that you already had a breathing problem and didn't know it, and the smoking irritated it...
maybe there's nothing wrong with your lungs but smoking weed may have increased anxiety. shortness of breath can be from anxiety or panic attacks.
i heard vaporizers can do serious damage, anyway what ever the case is a break from smoking can only help.
Only if the benefit to risk benefit is favorable, as determined by your doctor. There are only a handful of people that are actually "prescribed" marijuana by their doctor. For instance, in the State of Virginia, there are only 11 patients. I would suspect the breathing problems are caused by exacerbation of an underlying lung disorder, such as asthma, or by anxiety induced by marijuana. Many people mistake the symptoms of anxiety for heart or breathing problems. In fact, patients presenting themselves to the emergency room for heart or breathing problems who are in fact experiencing anxiety is VERY common.
