A couple of years ago I came across a website that had people that were willing to allow travellers to stay at their houses and what not. I found the link for it on this site but cannot remember what it was. I was just wondering if anyone knows about the site I'm talking about or can direct me in the right direction. Reason is, my girlfriend and I are planning on doing a lot of travelling. We figured that it would be great to stay with some locals. Just to get the real feel of the areas that we will be visiting and to make some good friends. Thanks a lot, Casper
Ummm...there used to be a website www.freeloaders.com that is free and a huge database of people around the world that are willing to open their homes to fellow travelers, but you have to be willing also. Not sure if it is still a working website but check it out! Good luck!
