Does it sound crazy if I think everyone I know is plotting against me? I feel as if I'm always being watched, listened to and talked about? I have a super power, I can hear if Televisions are on through rooms, if they are muted.

Sats: I know how you feel. I used to be that way a few years and meds ago. I thought whenever people laughed they were laughing at me and I thought all of my friends were just pretending to like me and that my mom was slowly trying to poison me. And I have found that I had to talk myself down. In reality you are not important enough for people to be watching. No one cares that much about you, everyone is too involved in their own lives to bother you in yours. It is hard to talk yourself down but just stay here in reality with us. It's no biggy. I have taught myself to accept things in stride. When you learn to let go things stop mattering. Even if you were being followed or watched you still wake up the next morning unscathed... so do the math. Ya know? Good luck man.
I used to think my parents might be poisoning me, or putting medication in my food/drinks... not true though. That was years ago.
man i always feel like i'm being watched. especially at night. everything in the house keeps making noises and i always think i see things out side of my house. and i can't even walk into my room with out looking behind doors and in the closet. that may sound really dumb i am just paranoid as shit about everything. i don't even know of what i am just paranoid.
Whether a tv is muted or not most people can hear if they are on or not. It is not having a super power but just having good hearing.
