I live right next to Philadelphia, which is where Live 8 is in the US, and I probably won't go not because I don't care about Africans but because there aren't any really interesting bands here and because I won't be able to see. Alot of people will go though, trafic is gonna be aweful. I too support the suggested changes to Africa's economies, especially those about foreign aid to stop AIDS and hunger and forgetting all past debts.
i want to go to england so bad to see pink floyd but unfortunetly i live in canada and i cant even buy the tickets for there .. i hope they tour more after this concert! I would love to go to support africa, they need help from the world we all need to share a hand.
I was at the protest in Edinburgh, it was incredible... such an amazing atmosphere. I think it will make a difference, I don't think the world leaders can ignore us in such large numbers.
