i was wondering anyone knew how to get your psychic abilitys and make you more aware of them? only because mine are already quite strong but i would love to make them stronger still?

 

It really depends on what ability/abilities you already have. You do different things for different gifts.

saying a prayer to your spirit guides for the tools also works...it does for me anyway
