It was in Barrie, dammit. Why do all Americans think everywhere in Canada is Toronto?

I alway's wondered why people from Canada have to be dicks about everything? Oh well I guess that's some dumb American for you.

I'm sure I will see it soon and will let you know.
    Here is the setlist:

    1. Four Strong Winds (on acoustic guitar w/Pegi)
    2. When God Made Me (new song)
(on grand piano w/ Jubilee Singers, Spooner on organ, someone on bass)
    3. Rockin' In The Free World (on acoustic guitar w/ everyone from the show)
    4. O Canada (w/everyone - truthfully, not much Neil on this one)

That's why you don't trust everything you hearrr...

Other than that, I've met assholes from both Canada and America... They're everywhere. Deal with it, damn it, don't throw a fucking bitch fit on a music forum. [IMG]

Gah, I wish Neil would do a tour with the Stray Gators or Crazy Horse. His set lists terrify me, sometimes.

He should be on tour once his new album comes out, but it won't with be with Crazy Horse. It could be a Stray Gators type band though. with mostly acoustic sets and what not. Should be a good tour, I can't wait for the album.

Anyone watch Neil at Live 8, any thoughts on the new song? (When God Made Me) I thought it was pretty good, but nothing spectacular. A few really good lines in it though..
"Did he give me the gift of voice
    so some could silence me"

"Did he give me the gift of love
to say who I could choose?"

ahh man i love Neil, i sure wish i could get to Nashville for the concerts there. alas tis too much money for me. anyone around here going?

The song wasn't new. It was a cover of another Canadian artist, whose name at the moment, has slipped my mind.

Are you talking about Four Strong Winds? cause that's an Ian Tyson cover.
but i'm positive When God Made Me is a Neil Young original.
