Do you call it art if someone makes designs with a computer instead of using
paint/chalk or something else on paper/canvas?

 

Yes, I think it is. I have a friend who does all kinds of stuff, from painting and drawing to photo manipulation. She's quite good at all of it.

Very nice, good job...of course it's art...I mean, yeah there are some people who just fiddle around with photoshop and then post their images online...yet,they are horrible and that I wouldn't even consider art
