sugetions for tufo

    anyone have sugestions? i though i might start trying to cook useing tufo...ive had it before and it was great. anyone have a favorite recipie of know of a preticularly good sight?

    Try it 'raw'. It took me awhile to get used to the taste of tofu but now I find I prefer it just as it is.


    Try different brands until you find the one you like best, then cut it in cubes and dip it in a soy and mirin sauce. Yum!!

    Or try 'fried tofu' if you can get it in an asian grocer. It's pre cut and fried and is really yummy!!

    If you prefer cooked, cut it into small cubes or strips, marinate in whatever you wish, then fry in oil in a wok in batches. Then eat as is, or add to a stirfry right at the end when the other vegies etc are cooked.

    It stays nice a firm and wont go mushy!
