The Government is using Hurricane Dennis as an excuse to torture prisoners in Gitmo.

The Gulag at Guantanmo is being shuttered as Hurricane Dennis crosses the Caribbean, and towards Cuba. U.S. forces will be using this opportunity to torture, and horsewhip the prisoners there while out of the watchful eye of the media and the New York Times. Most of the prisoners are even being told that the storm is an "Act of Allah against the sins of Islam".
