There's been some sort of explosion on the tube, together with another incident...some sort of power surge - the entire network is shut... eek
i just heard an update - apparently trains collided as well and people are injured, the capital is in chaos. also they're saying a bomb went off on a london bus too... i'm sorry but i kinda don't believe this is a power surge...i think its more than that, we've been lucky so far there's news here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/4659093.stm
It's going mad with sirens here. A bus has been ripped apart in Russel Square and apparently there is blood all over the front of the BMA building. At least 6 explosions on the tube network ... National grid have confirmed that it isn't a power surge Latest I've heard from a nurse friend working in A&E is that there are at least 500 wounded
I'm suposed to be going to hyde park tomorrow for a concert.. I can't quite see that happening... 150,000 people seem like a good target
rags police say there were several explosions... and they all occured at stations which are also mainline stations... apparently two more buses have blown up? they're now calling it an emergency situation
Damn man... sounds like you guys are catchin' some of the same shit we've got over here... Perhaps there's some kinda international communicable disease that results in this sort of thing... Sorry to hear about your misfortune...
The terrorist threat was caused by western foreign policy and our alliance with the US .... However, this is not the time to be talking politics.
my big sis is in london - but we got through she is okay. oh man oh man - no i don't think power serges on several different lines is the answer... maybe if it was on the same line...
no... its not its very real. lozi, is he ok? sources from arab tv companies think its probably al quada although no-one has declared it was them yet.
""""I work in Tavistock Sq, the Bus exploded ourside, and the building shook, they are now using our foyer for casualties, but there are lots of very sick people, with arms and legs missing. we are not allowed out of building. Lynzi-Alana Ashworth, central London""""
BBC are reporting it to be the work of Al Qaeda which doesn't surprise me. Lozi, keep trying it took a reporter from Sky an hour to get through to the studio so just keep trying him! My thoughts and prayers are with the people of London.
My thoughts are with you.. I do hope he is ok My thoughts are also with anyone else who have family/friends in London during this sad time
