I heard Paul McCartney on radio one yesterday, naming some of the stuff he planned to play- I almost cried when I heard he was going to focus on The Beatles hits... Hey Jude, Yesterday.. I'd do anything to hear him sing them live. It's bad enough not being there anyway, but i miss it the one year he's playing. Sods law. Ah well... I guess I'll just have to watch it on tv. Just thought I'd have a moan...
A few years ago a firend of mine was heavily into the Beatles. Her boyfriend was a hairdresser in the West End and one day Paul McCartney went in for a haircut. He mentioned how jealous his girlfriend would be if she knew whose hair he had cut. The next day Paul McCartney went back into the hairdressers and gave him 2 free box seat tickets for the tour he was doing at the time.
Oh... He's going to milk the crowd with Beatle hits? ..hmmm.. Well, I hope he at least does Jet or Let Me Roll It aswell..
