the scariest Doctor Who ever....

Some of the Who's were downright dark, but flawed in execution.

Some of the scenes in the Phil Hinchcliffe (Goth) series were DOWNRIGHT horrific, although the execution was totally flawed. I mean, check Brain of Morbius which had a blinded woman walking down steps and running into a disembodied brain and a collection of spare parts wired together into a body while dodging a psychopath attempting to behead her best friend?

The fact that the brain was a joke prop stuck in some glowstick liquid, and Lis "squeaky" Sladen played the woman made it comic, unfortunately... but done correctly eek eek eek nightmare fodder.
