    Hi Folks
I have a question about squaring and cubing to an IBL. If you start with two P1's that are not homozygous and you cross them are you still able to produce a pure breeding plant?
If you cube the offsprings will you get an true breeding cross?
    One last question:)
If one of the P1's has unknown genetic orgin(not sure whats in the cross) will it be a factor in cubing the cross of the 2 P1's.
    Thanks for any help

Only if they are withing the same genotype, and unknown parentage it is difficult to determine- might take years.
    Cubing I would not reccommend.
I wouldnt reccommend using an unknown hybrid- too hard to determine heritage.
If you use unknowns use landrace.
