screw thanks for your insights. they are shared by alot of people, whether they care to admit it or not. its' a difficult question and hard to understand why all the billions that have spent aren't producing more results. There are dictators and warlords, rapists. America's got the same and needs help too. What are we going to do? People who have enough and are willing to try to help those who don't might be idealistic and it might seem like a waste of time and effort but what the heck, they must figure its' more interesting than what they're doing now.
