Of course you could, provided your not gonna be shagging prostitutes and buying copious amounts of hash per day you'll be fine.

if you can, buy some food at a supermarket so you can eat breakfast at the room. i find that amsterdam has alot of fast food joints so its easy to get something to eat that appeals to you. however the money you spend on hash and weed will be your biggest expense.

    have fun

LOL... Dude.. you sure are stoned/drunk a lot lately ;)

Hm.. hey wait.. so am I *grin*

Anywho.. yeah.. you can buy cheap foods & drinks (esp drinks) in the supermarkets, that'll save up money. Also you can walk most of the city instead of going by public transport or taxi.

It's definetaly doable, but it IS an expensive city so you wont be able to indulge yourself in luxury with 50 euros ;)

I can sort of picture it, ''I think''.?

I had one of those nights where I could not loose
against ''POOL'', I zoned out, I kept winning, etc, in the pub.:)

''HUMDINGER'' UK slang for a ''GOOD ONE''
''BANG ON'', ''SORTED'', ''PERFECT'', ''IDEAL'', ''UTOPIA'', etc.

I recently camped at www.gaaspercamping.nl/eng/index.html really nice riht at a lake and park complex 9 euro per nite. Really clean. You'll need a GVB pass as its out of town 72 hour pass 13 euro. There site has all the details. Some stay at www.campingzeeburg.nl this is nearer the center city. I had seen some bad reviews on this one though. Shit on the restroom walls Junkies ripping-off your stuff who knows. Some swear by it all I can say is it would be hard to do better than Gaasper. There are two or there others you can find on line but they are harder to get to. Make a nice day.

I just commented on Gaasperplas in another thread but I might as well do it again here :) It's a great area, very spiritual (to me at least), awesome park. You can get there by taking metro/subway line 53 (direction Gaasperplas). The latetst usualy go 'round midnight so you have to check for nightbusses. There are busses going to the edge of the park, but since I've never used them because I live so close, I don't know the details.
