New style of nursing top

I wanted a nursing shirt, okay tank top, that I could wear during the summer that was cute. So that is how this top was born. The cool thing is that I can convert it into a regular shirt with short or long sleeves because it is my own pattern that I drafted myself. So I will have cute nursing tops until I am done nursing my little guy.

Anyway, the top is made out of organic cotton jersey and is low water immersion dyed an electric blue. I made sure to take out my unmentionables so no one get's offended.

That is really cute! I've never seen any that I like before, so I just wear regular shirts and lift them up. Then everybody gets to see my lovely post-baby belly roll!!!

I never thought to make my own....duh.....

 

Exactly Rainbow!! I was tired of everyone looking at me as if I were doing something wrong. All I was doing is trying to feed my babies. I have been nursing 3 children (5, 2 and 2mos) with intermittent breaks while I was pregnant for the last 5 years and should be for the next 2 years a least. So I developed the pattern myself and viola... my new style of nursing top.
