I bought an ounce of Oaxacan Salvia Leaf Foliage to compare the difference and amounts and whatnot. but then i found out about the chewing technique, so im definately going to try it, but my question is. how do you make a "quid" or whatever, any information you can give would be appreciated.

No problem. I haven't actually tried chewing quids yet either, the local shop only carried extract up until earlier this week when I had them specially place an order of leaves for me.

if you're going to chew a quid it would be infinitely better to use fresh leaf, i'm sure....

I tried a quid and it didn't work, but I think the whole bag of leaves were just overall ineffective, smoking, chewing, nothing seemed to work. Then I got the 10x extract and everything was good =D

Has anyone had any luck with regular Salvia leaves that aren't an extract?
