Holy shit this has nothing to do with fashion or crafts

but i love my new job. it's so sweet. i'm really excited, i hope i love it like this for a while. I get to wear whatever i want, act however i want, and i dont have to sell anything!!!!!!!! Everyone calls me Holly Hobby, and it makes me feel special. Man, i have more friends there in my first 2 weeks, than 3 months at Best Buy, where only maybe 10 ppl (if that) out of 103 knew my name. I love finding a sweet job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!

It's at Value Village (Savers). I hope it's not just that "new job" high, where you love it for 4 months, then you hate it. But i really like the idea that they give a lot of money to charity, and then send their unsold merchandise to third world countries. And it's a great place (usually) for low income families to get great stuff. It's so much better than listening to stupid rich assholes talking about buying $34,000 home entertainment system, 9 video game consoles, 6 computers, 42 cds, and 8 PSPs that they're going to throw away in 3 months when something new comes out. MAN best buy was so disgusting.

It's always nice to have a job that you love. Wearing whatever you want is also definately a plus. That is how my jab is and I love it.

 

I used to work at Value Village in Guelph many moons ago. There were some great perks and I really enjoyed it. Sadly though I got fired (another story entirely).
