Acid + (first) Texas Chainsaw Massacre = Crazy Time

The other night me and some firends dropped acid and watched the first Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which is not a teen slasher film, it is some serious shit. I suggest other people try watching the worst and most distrubing things possible while tripping, it gets REALLY fucking crazy.

 

you're right, it IS some serious shit. it is seriously the shittest movie i have ever seen. well, maybe second shittest, after donnie darko.

 

nah man not the first movie (70's) it is great. All the otehr Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies are pieces of shit.

 

why would anybody purposefully watch the most disturbing things they can think of while tripping? i know people that do, but it just doesn't appeal to me and i can't find the vaguest attraction to the idea. i tried watching clockwork orange once on a real low dose of mushrooms, and i couldn't even watch 20 minutes of it....and thats not even a full blown trip OR the most disturbing thing i can think of....

 

I find it fun and I think other people do because it like seeing how far you can take the trip. Really pushing the limits, when you watch something really distrubing when tripping it's like making a bet with yourself. Can you handle it...or not? That's the appeal that I see in it. Plus it is raelly fucking intense, more intense then watching patterns move around.

 

I dont trip because I want intensity. Besides the visuals are never the intense part of tripping. I don't know, watching "disturbing images" while tripping sounds like hell. I guess i'm just a pussy

 

Yes I know people like to look at only happy nice things in life and think about how great everything is while tripping, but you have to remeber that for all the good there is in the world there is just as much evil. You should look at these other dark evil things while tripping because it gives you an intresting prespective on the darker side of life. Looking at life from other points of view gives you a better sense of it, if you try to not think about the dark and evil side of life all the time you are just simply in denial of what the world is really like.

 

thats funny i actually watched that once on acid a long time ago, and it was pretty boring.

 

One of my friends that watched it that night found it boring also, it works for some people and does not for others and are you sure you are talking about the FIRST texas chainsaw massacre, its done very well...other than acting.

my friends and i are thinkin about eatin some L, and goin to charlie and the chocolate factory. I dont know though, watchin movies and trippin doesnt really sound like too much fun, i would rather be outside exploring.

 

That will be an alright movie to see while tripping, but you should wait and go to The Cronicals of Narnia. It looks like a great movie to go see tripping. Plus, be more open to doing different things while tripping. The outdoors is nice, but watching a movie on the big screen while tripping can sometimes be a lot more fun.

 

I remember seeing The Exorcist once after taking 2 hits of Red Dragon blotter out in California. It wasn't in a theater though, but a friends house. Damn. I'll never do that again. It damn near put me over the edge.

 

I watched 'Vertigo' once when I tripped. That was pretty cool. I remember that Kim Novak's eyebrows kept doing crazy shit. They seemed to get longer and more menacing looking when her character got upset (remember that Seinfeld when Elaine penciled in some eyebrows for Uncle Leo?---kinda like that).
Texas Chainsaw Massacre doesn't sound like a good idea for most people, but then again, who the fuck can tell? I REALLY liked watching 'Rear Window' trippin' balls. It all depends on who you are going in and where you want to be coming out.

 

i watched friday night lights while tripping one time. That was very emotionaly intense to say the least.

 

I saw Up In Smoke once on some mild purple microdot. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life. It was pure genious.
