mothers are a pain in the ass.

I guess I am a very negitive person,
according to my mom.....


I came home today and she asked me how I did on my exam.
I told her shitty.. because i studied all the wrong stuff.. like usual.

then she totally FREAKED out on me screaming at me saying I am negitive about everything.. blah blAH BLAH!.....



I guess this is more of a venting post then anything... sorry.

i like never have any arguments with my mom. We totally get along. i dont know.... we just never have anything to fight about.

 

Maybe if you say positive things around your mother then she wont think your so negative.

 

My mother is fine. Dad and I disagree all too often and he likes to argue.

Funny, my mom hung out with hippies in college and dad fought in Vietnam..

 

I used to think my Mom was totally stupid, nieve, and irritating...I'm now 38 and cherish each day I have her. Once I grew up and had children of my own, I learned that she was
so right in so many things and if I could change the way I treated her as a teen...I would.

 

alright, i like explaining this....If you think your mom is such a pain over a simple argument,just think of how much pain your mom went through while giving birth to you. She had the strength to do that so you shouldnt always think that way about your mom,or else you wouldnt even be here right now.

 

Teen angst is boring.

 

Maybe your mom had a bad day too. moms are human. but her screaming at you makes me sad. I hope today was better. she just wants the best for you.

 

My parents are and were most awesome! I didn't get the entire gist of it all until I got a little older and thought about what it would be like having kids. I only hope to be as great of a parent as my parents were. When I think about what it will be like to have teenage kids I think "damn!" that could be quite a nerve-racking experience.

I'm sure many parents would say that teens are pains in the ass as well. I know my parents thought I was at times, and I agree with them. All a part of raising a family I guess!

 

If you think your mom is "a pain in the ass". See how you feel about it when she's dead and gone.

 

I love my mom, yes sometimes we have our arguments! But me and my mom have been through so much together! Yeah sometimes I wish she would just shut her damn mouth and stop complaining! But I love her and am thankful for what she has done for me, but I could never stay mad at her, even for the worest thing she could do. But anyways Yeah I love my mom. Maybe you should try to talk with your mom about how you feel and stuff. And maybe just maybe she will understand. Sometimes parents do get what you are going through (like being negative about a test)! Talk it over with her see if next time she could help you study ...

Of course I love my mom, and we generally get along GREAT.. She was having a bad day as well... We both apologised to one-another pretty much right after I made this thread..

I would proabably go into a deep depression if my mom died while I was so young... Holy hell.. I would freak out.. I love her with everything in me.. she is my mom for fuck sakes..

 

Just be glad you don't have two of 'em. (living in the same household)

 

im a mumwith seven kids and its not easy it dident come with a manual but i do my best and give them all the freedom they need to grow into beautiful individuals,i dont critisize i advice and help when needed . they know i am always there for them when they need me and in the case of my oldest two for any washing theyneed doing(you see they have moved out)......but they are back for tea more often than not with boyfriends in tow . mums can be cool

 

Moms are love. Moms give unconditional love.


I am a mom and Im so scared to go through the teen years with my kids. My oldest is 9 so just a few more years.

 

hey tarabeth lovley pic .....the teenage years can be difficultbut if you give them good grounding in the early years things should be ok .. just go with it.....mine are 23 21 18 17 15 13 12 .....so its a real crazy house ........but i wouldent change it for anything........now i have two future soninlaws and two step grandchildren.....not forgetting the dogs cat rats the list is endless .......good luck stay cool ...peace
