It's time to end the Income Tax, and dissolve the IRS.

Write to your Senators and Representatives and tell them that this plan makes sense.

Better yet, disolve the Federal Reserve. They are NOT a part of our govt. but a group of elite bankers (privately held stock).... the illegal and corrupt IRS operates for these folks. not the govt either.

writing to senators is pretty useless. they don't give a whop about their constituants. just money the feds via their corporations can put in their pockets.

Ever heard of Land Valuation Tax? It is unpopular with the big end of town because you cannot hide land.Do a google search on Henry George.

Damn right, something needs to be done about that. And with that done, there would be no reason whatsoever for an income tax.

I have talked with some people about this and the biggest question I get is how would the government get money to support all the programs. My answer is they would have to cut a lot of useless programs and only keep the bare necessities of government. I say increase tariffs and sales tax to make up for some of the loss(which was the orginal tax plan).

Getting rid of the Fed would free up more than enough money.

The income tax doesn't even apply to your average Joe Citizen anyway. It applies only to corporations and those endulging in a privelege given to them by the State or Federal government. For more information on this, visit http://www.originalintent.org and http://www.americanradioshow.us.

Anyway, the IRS needs to go as well as the Federal Reserve System I agree.

But the FairTax plan is just as bad as the income tax. They'll trick retailers into paying sale tax (which the average retailer does not need to pay) at high rate. Then they will create some emergency and raise it (once they are given the power to tax they can raise it to whatever value they wish) but never drop it back again.

The best solution is to get rid of the bureucratic programs that are so expensive and then taxes will be gound low. So low you wouldn't even notice them. The only thing we should need to pay for is the militia and government employees. That's all.

I couldn't agree with you more. It's nice to see that there is someone else who understands what the law really says about the income tax! May I also suggest that you check out the following websites as well which back up the claim that you've made!

Regarding your comments about the "fair tax," again, I agree and think that, like many, the size of government will not decrease, but increase!
