yes it is normal hehe. i know several guys with uncut penis's they are doing quite alright for them selves. . Normal is a silly word anyways... They were born with a penis, why fix something when there is nothing wrong with it??
It's either cut or it's not, and it doesn't change unless you go have the surgery done. Either is normal, though uncut is natural.
When they "cut" it, they are actually ripping & tearing the extra skin off your dick. It's fine and natural either way, man. I wouldn't stress about it if I were you. It isn't as normal as it was say, 20 years ago, but it's the choice of the parents around time of birth. The procedure was mainly done in Jewish religion as well as many tribal cultures. As of late, they find that it is healthy (in terms of diseases and such) to be cut, rather than not. This is why some choose to have it done at birth. Here in Michigan, it's very rare to find an uncut man. Although, rumor has it, on the west coast it is more common to find uncut men...Wouldn't know. Personally, I've never been with an uncut guy, but would be interested to see what it was like...
