i hate cliques, i can't stand the UK forums, everyone on there knows eachother and they all talk meaningless crap. i don't even go near young hippies

 

I posted a kinda similar thread a few days ago, over Random Thoughts too... about how I had just checked out my old posts from 2001 to 2003, and how I've changed, and how everything has changed here.

I remember you from the old forums psyche, and it's true it's so different nowadays, we don't see you much anymore, and you seem kinda on your own. I always feel the same when I come back to the forums after a few months... and the worse was when I was gone for like a year I felt so lost, hadly anyone I knew was coming anymore, or if they were, they had changed their names, it was pretty confusing.

But yeah, I agree with you psyche when you say the forums are boring when you're not part of a clique, not that I care really, but whether it is in "real life" or on the internet, I was always part of a group. I don't really know what group I'm part of now over these forums, or even if I am at all, but, it seems that it's often the same people who answer my threads, who mention my name, and vice-versa I tend to participate more in my buddy list's threads here... not that I don't go anywhere else, but... yeah.

I feel nostalgic about the old forums too sometimes... I was so much younger, and I wasn't a moderator, it was more silly and fun. Still is, sometimes, but... it's different.
