I haven't been posting much because I have been listening to Harry Potter 6 on cd. I have found it impossible to pay attention to both the cd and the forums at the same time. While the forums make me feel good only some of the time, the tape makes me feel good all of the time. I will feel very bad when its finished. I just wanted to remind and/or imform you all that we are all the products of imagination. Goodbye-----
books on tape are only useful when you're driving, as soon as the car stops you should have a print copy ready to go.......
Neither would I. Books are cheaper... tapes can wear out, CDs can get scratched, books can have their bindings come loose, pages torn... Books have been around for a hell of a lot longer than tapes or CDs, but as far as I see it, they're all on the same level and they all have their drawbacks. I'd rather have a book.
I still like books better..... something about being able to hold it, plus that new book smell. I prefer reading at my own pace too, rather than listening to someone blather on and emphasize the parts that I never would in my head.
Neither can I... I was reading outside earlier and these Jahova's Witnesses came up to my porch and they asked me to read this book about being a Jahova's Witless or something... then I kept telling them no and they left, them some different Jahova's Witnesses came by and tried to pull the same shit. I told them to go meet their friends who were four or five houses over and that I didn't have time for Jesus right now and they just walked off and didn't say anything.
