I guess everybody's heard about the terrorist attack in London by now... it's already discussed a lot over the U.K and politics forums. I heard that Italy and Denmark are at risk, if they don't move their troops from Iraq. I hate war. Iraq should have been left alone.
Oh, and btw, the ones who did it claimed to be the "secret Alquaida organization in Europe" - but I thought Iraq had nothing to do with Alquaida? Probably another conspiracy.
Al Quieda HAD no affiliation with Iraq when Hussein was in power, now they've taken an interest...with madrid and now london.
We should remember though, that the claim was only made at an internet forum, so anyone could have posted it... It might not happen... Let's hope it won't!
But no other terrorist organisation has yet taken responsibility, so it's probably an al-Qaeda-cell. By the way - all my condolences to the englishmen/englishwomen - it's very tragic... And, yes - ofcourse Italy, Denmark (and probably also Poland) are next in the row. In fact it's very logical: We're making war in Iraq, while expecting our own countries to be comfortable. It shouldn't really come as a surprise that they answer our killings in Iraq by killings in UK, Italy or Denmark - or what?? love and understanding, -wolf-
of course there is always the possiblity that these attacks are created by a country's own govt to justify it's own terrorist activities abroad.... y'know, there is some convincing evidence that there was no plane wreckage at the Pentagon disaster dated 9.11! btw Penny, your pic gives the impression that you are taking it all in from a place deep within yourself.
Yes, that's another possibility. That's the solid theory about the theater bombing in Moscow - an excuse for Putin to continue his bloodbath in Chechnya. That could also be the case here, ofcourse. Thanks reminding of that, in fact, very possible theory. love, wolf.
While we're dwelling at the conspiracy theories... Have you ever really considered which function Osama bin Laden had in the medias? Probably you had. Have you also considered how desperately they constructed another enemy image, since they obviously couldn't find bin Laden? Think about the socalled "war on terror" as an excuse to continue the madness in Iraq - first the shia-priest Mocqtada al-Sadr, later the sunni rebel Abu Musab al Zarqawi, was pointed out as their "Emmanuel Goldstein". It's very important to show their faces in the western medias and TV: 1) to make us afraid and aggressive... 2) to make us keep on support our "democratic elected leaders" imperialistic desires... 3) to make us keep our almighty leaders at power... love and understanding, -wolf-
There are probably many historic examples of a government at least encouraging attacks on national items, for justifying war. Hitler did that a lot. The Burning of the Reichstag to have stricter Laws (kind of like the patriot act...) The attack on a German Radiostation in Poland to justify the attack on Poland.....
Did that maniac really burn the Reichstag to get attention? Man... I can just imagine Bush to burn down the white house the day he realize, that he can't score no more points on the war against terror...
Well as long as our governments refuse to acknowledge and deal with the real causes of terrorism the threat will continue to grow and more and more innocent people will die for the greed of a few.
It's not Iraq. Even if every bloody person gets out of Iraq, the terrorists will still atack, they will just find another excuse. Welcome to the real world of the never ending cultural war b/w the western world and fundimental islam.
