I'm evicting a tenant and am not happy about it. He wrote me two bad checks and that was the last straw. Anyone else ever have to kick someone out of the house or fire someone from work?
No but don't feel too bad. Just write the eviction notice on the memo of one of the bad checks. Feel free to leave the house and take this with you.
