I really liked this one, kind of obscure, along the same lines as LOLITA. I like the vampire stuff by her, but this is a different genre. If u've read it, what did u think? I thought it was something Polasnski wouldn't have trouble making a movie out of,lol!
I tried reading one of Anne Rice's novels and I couldn't really get into it. My brother is reading Lolita right now, so I'll read that next. Then I might check out this one.
I initially thought that the movie versions of the vampire novels were fantastic, but having read the actual books they've lost some of their appeal while still remaining entertaining films, because the script and character changes were too significant
