Music plays in my head sometimes. I don't start it. I realized there was music playing so I stopped it. Then I thought a bit and it started agian, and I didn't start it! Its annoying, and its pissing me off. It happens when I am really happy. I am not happy right now.
there's always music playing in my head, whether i'm happy, sad, homosexual, horny, etc etc. i dont try to fight it. :H
I've heard it refered to as "Dead in Your Head Syndrome" when it's the Grateful Dead playing in crevasses of your mind. Happens to me all the time.
Maybe hearing the music, is your subconscious taking your mind off things you'd rather not consciously think about.
I love having music playing in my head, as long as its a good song. i dont think there is anyway of stopping it from happening, it just happens. anytime you hear a song.. just try to think of something else, maybe that will take your mind off of it. or try to keep yourself occupied with something that doesnt have anything to do with music. But im not really sure cause i dont try to get rid of the music when its there.
I don't mind it as long as it's a decent song. Usually the ones that get stuck in my mind are stupid commercial gingles or something I don't like. I try to focus on a good song,to phase out the bad one lol.
