futurama was great... I really wish they'd made more. Family Guy and American Dad are both quite good, but a little too similar at times Simpsons is old and not near so funny as it used to be. And I really like Winx Club, which is made for like 7 year old girls, but it's cute and kitschy
Growing up my favorite cartoon was always Dangermouse. He was the greatest secret agent in the world. Other than that I always liked the muppets and fraggle rock, even though I know they aren't really cartoons.
not sure if it's the answer you want to your question but there some wicked manga films out there such as akira or fist of the north star. they're come with a dash of gore as well which is great but it's the scale of the thought put into that makes them mind blowing.
I love The Oblongs. And Jimmy Neutron, and Fairly Odd Parents. Oh and As Told By Ginger. I love cartoons.
i liked the older cartoons, some new ones are just ok OLDER: beavis and butthead ren & stimpy (#1) ahh! real monsters rocko's modern life doug NEWER: family guy simpsons(well, where would this go, lol) futurama anything on ADULT SWIM oh oh and -robot chicken
