So I hear all these great things lately about the benefits of green tea. What's so great about it? I like drinking it for the taste , but is it really good for you?
contains fluoride-esque properties that are beneficial for the teeth clears the skin... dont know about caffiene content but it is an allround god tea
Green tea has been proven to cause cancer in lab rats. Its true, I was there. I'll stick to vodka, thank you.
The stuff I've seen generally has about 1/3 the amount of caffiene as a cup of coffee. I just read somewhere the other day that it is also good for your hair.
i drink green tea all the time. i get it from school at lunch. but they don't have regular green tea, their green tea has citrus flavors in it. does that take any of the good things for you out of it?
Caffine is really bad for you (Judging from what I've read) but Tea has quite a small amount of that, and green tea is my absolute favorite beverage.
Yes it is! There are lots of studies on it (if you Google Green Tea) saying how it can help prevent cancer, heart attacks, help digestion etc, loads of stuff! Its well worth drinking. I read that 7 cups a day is what gives the main results, but pretty much, drink as much as you can and it'll be doing something for you!
yes yes recently I discovered tea and green tea in particular.I was looking for an atertive to coke.If I kept that up by the time i'm 50 my liver would have been shot! Green tea+suger+milk is great! I just drank some.
It is not good for people on blood thinners (me). It has ALOT of vitamin K and will counteract the thinners in a big way.
