One morning, I was sad, lying in my bed.I don't wanted to live another boring day...then I saw that I had a message from one friend. That was one very beautiful poetry.I can't write it here, because it was on bulgarian..That message made me happy and my day wasn't boring yet.I decided to say him "Thank you" but I didn't want to spoil that moment, so I decided to write to him the lyrics of "Imagine" in bulgarian. Now, we have a tradition-if I write to him something poetic, he will answer me with something like this.Today I sent him a little part of "The little prince"/great great great book!/and he sent me another nice poetry. So, I wanted to ask you-what was your best poetry, shared with a friend?

    My best one was...

    "I love you.
    Do you love me, too?"

Maybe not the best poem, but the last poem I sent to a friend via email and not one of my own...

I have been one acquainted with the night.
I have walked out in rain -- and back in rain.
I have outwalked the furthest city light.
I have looked down the saddest city lane.
I have passed by the watchman on his beat
And dropped my eyes, unwilling to explain.

I have stood still and stopped the sound of feet
When far away an interrupted cry
Came over houses from another street,

    But not to call me back or say good-bye;
And further still at an unearthly height,
O luminary clock against the sky

Proclaimed the time was neither wrong nor right.
I have been one acquainted with the night.

lol...i find me a "muse"ing as well...as half the time i am simply in the moment and in the next one i think d'oh...wtf....i suppose i shouldnt have tried to go driving through that corn field....but it was soooooooo appealing

but i dont know of anyone that isnt amusing in their own special way...

and question....how do you post so that you are showing a single post and not the entire thread?

You click on the number, then cut and paste the address.
Another lightning storm outside, tonight with heavy rain.
    My prayers have been answered.

The bridge of equality is paved
with each choice to see the other as oneself.

    Physical strength is force.
    Emotional strength is detachment.
    Mental strength is equality.
    Spiritual strength is gentleness.

    Being first gentle with oneself,
one has this kindness to extend to others.

There is no judgment without comparison
and ugliness is the by-product of comparison.

    Equality of value,
for nothing is ever the same
in the changing stream of life.
