Whats our favorite funk band and or song?
mine's I feel sancified by wild cherry

 

at the moment, take your time (do it right) by the SOS band.

but this changes frequently, because funk/soul/r&b make up most of my music tastes

"Don't Stop Till You Get Enough" - Michael Jackson.... that bass line is funky as shit

 

not my favorite... its what I am digging the most right now, I change my shit ALOT

 

since I am listening to good ol Michael Jackson.... Another Funkadellic song would be "Off the Wall" if you havent heard it. its wierd.. the music just kinda sends shocks threw your body, your bones will just starta swingin!!!

 

My favorite funk groove is Stevie Wonder's I Wish. Well, at this moment, anyway.

oh hell yeah....those bass stops....oooohhh wee!! when i was there watching it happen, i leaned over to my friend and said....."we are witnessing history in the making".....and that bass solo truly is history notation worthy....
