hey i have a small mole on the bottom of my penis and i've always kind of been embarrassed about it... is this a bad/nasty thing?? should i get it removed :S what do girls think about it??
I would get it removed..but that may be just me. I'd be afraid it'd get snagged and probably doesn't make the penis more attractive.
if it's any significant size (the mole, not yer penis) yer should prolly think about getting it removed....abrasions and stuff during sex could make it sore, and a mole being damaged can turn bad...
Yes, that's nasty.. You should be embarrassed.. Just kidding I agree with the others, if it's big enough to cause problems I would talk to the doctor about removing it.. I was with a man once who had one on him and it would swell, turn black and bleed.. He was kind of scared of having it removed for the fact it being so close to his penis/balls.. He had another one on his side and when shirt strings or whatever would sometimes get caught around it it would do the same thing, it finally fell off..
Well, my only concern would be this mole being more than just a mole but a potential tumor. Depending on a type of mole, it can turn into skin cancer if it is stimulated on a regular basis. I'd play safe and have it checked out by a specialist if I were you. If it's harmless, you can choose to leave it there. If the doc recommends removal, the procedure, as far as I know, is simple and safe.
If it's bothering you, or ever changes in anyway then have it removed. But if your concern is just aestetic, I say leave it, I think things like that are unique and endearing.
I concur. Your mole could be anything between a harmless birthmark and a malignant tumor. Only your doctor will know for certain. Get it checked. --Skeeter
Definitely get it checked out, but if the doctor sees no concern for it, don't get it removed simply for cosmetic reasons. My reasoning for this is I had a mole on my lower back and they surgically removed it and now I have a scar 3 times as big as it was. Granted, there are other procedures and since you said yours was small, there are probably a lot more options. Go and talk to a dermatologist and see what he or she says.
