most modle agencys want b/w 8x10 head shots and a full body shot.ive done a bunch of folios for modles and if the shots arent correct or in the correct format the agency will put them aside.they have reqierments for the photos and poses.im in contact with sevral agencys to make shure the work im doing for a modle meets there reqierments.they dont wanna see a pose in the folio untill you can show them your past modle work (like a mag cover or other publication) they wanna see exsactly what they would be working with.I suggest talking to a local shooter about a folio.i do allot of commercial and fashon photography if you have anny ?? email me frogy
hey tarabelle, i think i knocked their sox off *gigggles* they gave me 3 tips: 1. dye my hair back to the natural color. i wanted to cry! i love my platinum hair. 2. grow out my eyebrows, they are too thin. 3. don't wear so much makeup I read a few commercials for them, and they said I had a strong reading. Who knows, it was fun, anyway They kept one of my photos, this one:
Oh, wow, those suggestions - I never would have guessed!?!? So, what is your natural hair color? Eyebrows, blah - I pretty much have to draw them on, they're so blonde. And too much makeup? You were interviewing for modeling, right? That all seems so picky, when the whole package is soooo nice.
