Perhaps she's been discussed before. However, it could be any of our teenaged children, the ones dear to our heart and soul. I sincerely hope the US Gov and diplomats pile on the pressure for Aruba to step up to the plate and either find her, pronounce her dead (regardless of a body) and get a confession, we know what happened and who did this, lets get on with it. This child deserves justice and closure. Your thoughts?
I don't know, strong arm tactics are probably the last thing we need here, although given recent history I suppose that is exactly what is being used. Its really sad the attitude in the US that assumes the Arubans are somehow deficient in their criminal justice system. This is a huge black eye to their only industry and I think they would want this resolved more than anyone except the family. It seems almost like people would prefer mob justice whether or not the suspects are guilty just for the satisfaction of seeing resolution. Innocent until proven guilty indeed.
