well fine, you worry about that then, I don't have a gun.

I didn't see Clinton trying to "ban guns" anyway.

They are all just puppets, but Reagan, in my opinion, was the least bad of the four mentioned. Dubya, Daddy and Clinton are pretty much equal in their disregard for the US Constitution.

    You didn't?

In many ways, I think Clinton is the most dangerous on that list. He was a slick willy and people bought into his outward apparence as being this jovial "I'm your buddy" type of guy.

Dubya might be more dangerous overall, but at least more people realize what a stooge he is. Clinton was smart, unlike Dubya.

Allan Greenspan has served each of these Presidents as Chairman of The Federal Reserve Board of Govenors.

The monetary policy of The Fed has given The US good economic times
    for all these Presidents.

I started this poll, so I might as well give my opinion here...

I'm too young to remember Reagan, except in his later years in the late 1980s... I don't know anything about his policies, but simply remember liking him. Again, not sure if I would've if I was older when he was prez. He did play a huge role in ending the Cold War!

I remember liking George the First. I thought he did a good job in the first Gulf War, etc. I remember being upset when Clinton beat him out of the office.

I grew to love Clinton later on. Yes, he could charm you into liking him and he definitely did some things that I've frowned upon later on, but I was in my early 20s and life was good and I was impressionable and I thought he was great. I def was happy he beat out Dole in '96, altho I later took a liking to Dole (remember, he did all those commercial that were funny?)

Dubya. I do not like him at all, as a leader, father, president, whatever. I can not think of one thing he has done that's been good. Not one. Usually I can not like a politician and still think of something they've done that's good. And this is NOT because I hate Republicans, because I do like politicians like McCain and -- gasp! -- even Pat Buchanan.

I simply think Dubya is incompetent. He is dumb. The man can't even pronounce words, much less know what they mean, and he is PRESIDENT? Boggles the mind.

    Your thoughts, please.

Geogre 1 was a damn good president, he lost because he had the gall to raise taxes to pay for a war, what an asshole.

i will say this: reagan was a complete asshole. first of all, he built a huge propaganda machine for his new idea, which was really supply side economics dressed up to be something bigger. even reagans economic advisers have admitted it, so, i don't know how you can defend it. when he left, he had tripled our deficit, which was a record-breaker.

next, on foreign policy, he was an even bigger asshole. trying to supply weapons to the iranians in the iran-contra scandal. it happened, trust me. people have proof, and no matter how much you try to deny it and wrap the accusers up in scandal, it just isn't going well for you. and pardons for numerous fascist leaders, rigging elections in foreign elections, and actually supplied the taliban and saddam hussein with munitions.

not looking so good for reagan now is it.

one of those opportunities was from a greedy sundanese businessmen with no one to save but himself. i guess we should trust those kinds of people.

and when reagan won 49 states, i guess that made him a good guy, because if the whole entire nation thinks it, it must be right. you sound like the kind of person who goes with the majority.

you seem to blame clinton for going soft on bin laden, but fail to mention the reagan administrations support of the fanatical muslim extremists that would eventually become bin laden's group. and by the way, when clinton left, reagan's former advisers said clinton's concern for capturing bin laden was very high on his list and even said, "he has actually spent a little too much time on him"

dealing with the cold war, i don't think reagan single handedly won the cold war. pope john paul 2, human rights activists, and time also played a big role in its collapse, but not just reagan.

but since i am a kid, i guess i may not know much about it.

According to Robert Barro of Harvard University, Reagan did have a better economic policy vs. Clinton's, but Clinton did have a better unemployment record and both of their GDP's were practically the same, one year actually dead even. but he does mention the 3 trillion dollar deficit due to reagans tax cuts and military spending at the end of his term.

    FUCKIN' CLINT-OCRITE IS WINNING?!?

Do I have to pick?? Ok, Ronald fucking Reagan.

He did least amount of harm COMPARED to Bush Sr. Clinton, & Junior.

Clinton locked more people up in prison over marijuana than Bush & Reagan combined. Fuckin' hypocrite asshole motherfucker. I'm sorry guys, but I hate that son of bitch. He had the opportunity to do something and bowed down the drug war agenda to appear "tough". At least with Reagan you knew how he stood even if it was ignorant.
