Anybody remember this cartoon? I love it man, its got some of the stupidest stuff in it but u can't help but like it. Whats everybody else think about it?
ohhhhh! I used to love them! Ren is my favorite! I used to watch it with my dad! haven't seen it in years though are they playing re-runs? if so, what channel?
Spike TV had "new" R&S on for awhile (maybe they still do). It really sucked. John K. still did it, but it was stupid. They made R&S into homosexual lovers. Nothing wrong with that, mind you, but they only did it because Spike TV let them get away with it. In fact, that was the impetus of most of the humor: Hey let's tell ass-fucking jokes merely because we can. Never mind whether or not they're funny. Give me Stimpy's Invention any day! Oh joy!
Not sure if they have re-runs, they got the complete seasons dvds out though. They say they're like "uncut and uncensored!" it's just like them adding a single clip saying like i'll guage your eyes out, haha.
I've got a lot of good childhood memories of watching Ren and Stimpy. I've probably seen pretty much every episode.
Do you got a favorite? I can't really choose one, but i like Stimpys inventions and when he reads the books.
lol yeah I do remember that one episode where Stimpy makes that happy helmet for Ren and hilarity ensues...hehe, that was a good one. Aside from that I mostly just have a jumbled mess of memories of random scenes...but it's all real good stuff.
Aww man, I love Ren and Stimpy. I've got the first box set of DVDs, and I'll probly get the other one soon. Around here at least, it's coming back on NickToons, channell 220 (here). I dunno what time or day though, and I don't think it's for another month or something. But anyways, that show rules. That and AAHHH Real Monsters and Rocko's Modern Life.
