*sigh* I love it! You did an amazing job on the patchwork. Amazing!

But the super sucky thing about being a seamstress is that something like that is just so damn hard to price. You put soooo much of yourself..your energy..love..spirit.. into it..and it shows. How can you put a price on that? It will sell, undoubtedly...at a nice price. Just don't rip yourself off, mama. If you don't sell it the first time round for a price that satisfies you, relist it. There is a mama out there that is just gonna *shine* in that one. :)

Let us think, 100 dollars for material, 2 dollars for every hour you worked on it, 150 because its gorgeous...450 dollars minimum, but really its priceless, you made it and put all that work into it you should keep it. Its all priceless and stuff like on a mastercard commercial

Even $450. would be a steal. That is a work of art not a mere garment. In the right gallery it should bring thousands. Yet, as an heirloom wedding dress worth far more in memories and pleasure when you pass it on to your daughter.....

if someone wants it bad enough, the right someone, they will pay whatever is necessary. i would suffer horrible guilt if i paid only 200 having the knowledge of the cost and time that was put into that...but that is me.

The dress is sooo beautiful. You did a amazing job. If you were to price it i would say at least $250 or more. Someone would definatly buy that. If i had the $$ i would pay that much. Its sooo awesome. Great job! Keep sewing!

What would be more satisfying for you:

    Cash in hand (within reason)

    or

The feeling you get inside each time someone sees it and wants to know where you got such an amazing piece of art
