You want your plant to start the flowering stage which means Bud (YES) or weed and since you said your plants are a few inches high they might be ready to start. Which you want to do is give them 12 hours light and 12 hours of dark . Do this and give them ferts once a week and your plants will grow to its full potential!!!!
