Because I am new here I just wanted to introduce me. I am an eighteen years old girl from Lithuania capital Vilnius...So I wanna say hy to all lithuanians, if where are any in this Forum Maybe two ar more years ago I started to listen Beatles...Of course I heard them before, cause my dad is crazy about them and have many discs...But I really interested in them only few years ago....That music entranced me..After this Beatle fancy I wanted to know everything about that times than they lived and played their wonderful music...Than I learned all about hippies....And I have to say it was very interesting really I love their style, the way they live..... I can say that I am not the real hippie...., but I really adore them... Sorry for my english....it's not very well
You English is fine.... much better than my Lithuanian Beatles... what a great way to learn about the Hippie movement. People tie alot to what it means to be a hippie (clothes, music, hair, etc). Love each other and be non-judgemental and you are light years ahead of most that call themselves hippies!! Hope you enjoy your stay here on hip forums and that you can find some people from your country even.... peace barefootnikki
I am very glad that I find this site, cause most of my friends laughs at my taste of music, they can't understand how I can like Beatles...... But I really preffer that time music.....not only Beatles, but also a little bit later music like Queen...or it's really strange but I like Rolling Stones few songs...... I now that I am not a hippie I just love people who a real hippies ,who lived in 60's, thats why I am here To experience and learn more about hippie culture!!!!
