I really need some help! I worked outside for the past two days, and it was a low of 90 degrees. It's my birthday today, and my whole face is covered in a blistered heat rash. I tried aloe and witch hazel but they had little effect. So if anyone knows a remedy, please share!
Maybe some ice would help or calling a physcian and asking what they think you should do for it.. Im sorry about your heat rash..wish i was more helpful.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY though...
how about an over the counter antihistamine? They quite often work quite quickly on rash and stuff like that....maybe paw paw might help soothe it as well...the cream not the fruit!
