    any effects that would make it worth it...if so how many mgs should i take...?

    its not recreational at all it just makes you sleepy use to take when i had panic attacks at night and couldnt fall asleep

    It only makes you sleepy if you take it at the wrong time. You have to match it up with your body's natural melatonin cycle. If you take it during the day you will feel tired. If you take it at night you can have wild dreams and wake up feeling incredible. I usually take 3mg. The bottle I have says not to go over 3mg in a 24 hour period, but I have taken 6mg at a time with no problems. I recommend taking it 1 hour to 15 minutes before lying down to sleep. With 100mg of vitamin B6, 3mg of melatonin, and some valerian root (I forget the dose) I was waking up in the middle of the night and my dreams kept going with my eyes open. Reality and dreams blend together.

    I get bottles of the extract and mix it with juice or mountain dew before I go to bed. Works like a charm when I cant sleep.

    i had some insane dreams i had 9 mgs...and its like the de ja vu dreams where you have that feelings it really gonna happen...im fuckin paranoid

    That has never happened to me. I tried it the other night (6mg melatonin extract and some valerian) to see what effect it would have on my dreams, and I noticed nothing different. I guess it has a different reaction to each individual.

    i didnt really notice till later...i logged on and was like "oh shit"....and i vividly remembered...and it really kinda scared me...
