For those of you who live in Michigan...better yet the Detroit area (downriver and/or northern suburbs): I’m organizing a protest against the Carson and Barnes Circus which is coming to two MetroParks in the area: Lake Erie MetroPark in Brownstown (August 12) and Metro Beach in Harrison Twp (August 13). Check out http://www.api4animals.org/1537.htm to see some of the reports about this particular circus. I’m going to be receiving some materials from PETA about animals in entertainment, but I’d also like to organize enough people to make signs to stand near the entrance...so I need you and as many people as you can bring! PM me if you have any questions or to find out more! Lovin you!

Awesome DA! I live about 1000 miles east of Lake Erie Park, or else I'd be there. Don't forget to contact all the newspapers/TV/radio stations in your area. They eat this stuff up. Here's a list that might help:

Overhere they put large stickers over the advertising poster that said sth like "shows forbidden because of animal cruelty" or sth like that.. it was in Dutch but you get the idea.
