when i lived in manhatten ,a lot of the dudes that had little stores and delies were from yemmen in midtowm west and uptown east even the wholesale beverage guy was from there ,theese guys were quickwitted and aprecieated strange humor.they helped by being funny when the pace was hectic and stuff!

before 75 beruit was the paris of the middle east and all sorts of strange folks from all over the world retired to there must be a nice climate. lebaneese put more cummin in the hummas than others ....it tasts good that way!
