Bad Taste has had a wonderfull dvd release in Australia but still releases around globe
and theres a few releases of Meet The Feebles about (german/UK/USA/Holland/Skandanavia) so that shouldnt be difficult to find anywhere

there,s some fine releases of cann hollocaust about theres an special edition from Italy with commentry etc but a few seconds missing and there a nice ultrabit release from Holland which is apparently the longest available.
At least until Grindhouse ent finnally get around to releaseing there much awaited spec release
As for "Decline..." im aware theres a vhs avaiable in the US but other than that i dunno
