    Is A lot of work..
I start new seeds every month, Im now starting them outside in planterbeds- when they get big enough to transplant, they go into 3/4 gallon containers..
Im using the great outdoors for my veg area at the moment, makes them sturdy.
I can move my indoor plants into full sun outside no problem. Sturdy ,hearty, healthy..
I am using pure natural fertilizer and it's free...
Horsemanure- oak leaf compost with castings , household compost, turkey manure... These are soil mix and ferts, but im using a mix of horse &turkey manure plus house garbage, composted in wormbins. I sift out the castings and put them in a sock- into the water it goes to make tea...Simple organics, done simply...Better results and overall heath than bottle ferts too.
For budding i use koolbloom sparingly... For overall health Nute def. or transaplanting, Im using a bottle of MG i found awhile back.
Piranha was used at onset and in soil mixes. Sometimes i use a little mollasses in the waterings, but im not this run.
The perpetual soil grow is very time consuming, Im soaking growbags twice a week at least..
And here are some pics of the different waves going now.

    2 Questions:
How are you going to veg plants in your perpetual outside grow when it's winter?
    And
    Why would you use molassas?

    Add:
There are tons of things better than miracle grow.
And using chem. nute's kill beneficial organism's in the soil.
If I may, let me suggest that for veg you use chicken shit tea (1 gal. rotted chicken manure + 4 gal. water in a 5-gal. bucket, bubble for a week or 2, stirring daily, add 1/2 cup per gal. of water every time you water) and bat shit for flowering.

mollasses is a natural cheleating agent-Also a complete fertilizer containing many micro-macro nutrients.. It can unlock a mild nute lock. It will rebuild your soil.
Plus the sugars and carbohydratyes feed my piranha.....
here is my winter veg area- closed for spidermite revenge....

    I USE COMPOST TEA EVERYWATERING

    EDIT:
I only use miracle grow When compost tea does'nt seem to green them up anymore. My compost is turkey and horse manure, old soil from last year with nightcrawlers and household waste....
I just scored an old bag of gypsum free, my plants needed the calcium.
But the MG once or twice during a four month period seems to give them a little xtra iron they need.
When i get back working I will buy the entire purblend original lineup, To use as an additive formula until my plants grab the dirt...
Im considering using supertea and budswell, mainly the budswell because I lack a fruiting formula.. All i have is koolbloom by general hydro, but it is useful to swing the soil over when coming out of the stretch...Sparingly therafter though...
Gotta buy some budswell soon, but im more concerned with food at the moment...

looking good tiedye, must keep you well busy! how much do you smoke to need that many plants at once! ;) :) what strains are they? are they all your 'stinky' one you've mentioned before?

thats what i plan on achieving, a perpetual soil grow, now i 'nearly' have 2 growrooms. i say nearly cos i've been a bit lazy and haven't rebuilt the flower room yet! but once the current lot have finished vegging they will go in the flower room, and i'll start the next lot vegging :)

hopefully my new camera will arrive soon and i can get some pics, the vegs rooms quite small, and i'll only flower 4/5 plants - but even with the yeilds i've had on my first 2 grows that'll be more than i can smoke! well, maybe ;)

interesting you start the babys outside, my first grow i did that and got much much more sturdy plants, the wind knocking them over and stuff makes them stronger i reckon.

if i have any spare females that won't fit in the flower room i'm going to try them in the garden, as long as they don't rocket in size and start peeking over fences i'll be alright!

    Thanks ekul le chet
yes very busy- a full time job worth of busy...
The two of us smoke 1/4 to 1/2 oz a day...
Stinky f1-f2-f3 simultaneously selective breeding mainly...
Tie Thai (chocolateXhashplant 25% juicyfruit thai 75%)
    lemon diesel (chocolateXhashplant lemon pheno)
Chocolate Columbian (possibly the del monte variety from venesuela-a creeper pheno unworked except to build resistance to colder temps-mom was frozen under frosted ground all winter and is now in 12/12 not budding for 3 weeks. Just switched to 11/13 the day before yesterday- and see a difference already in the growth tips.)
    Trainwreck original
Sour Diesel (3 in budroom now)
Romulan (clones from CCG club in veg mode still)
some other test crosses going that are unnamed as of yet, and one is a skunk variety im about to selective breed from... ISO roadkill on C.W.....
The perpetual soil grow will cure your laziness ;)
I like starting them outdoor- lees maintenance for stronger babies- also it lets me know growth patterns better when breeding....
My indoor setup is a bit overkill :)
I am anticipating your camera anxiously by the way...

    nice selection man!

the tie thai, lemon diesel and chocolate columbian sounds very nice! i'm thinking of going for some thai type strain next grow - love the taste of a nice thai. years ago i used to get this thai weed on sticks wrapped up in cotton - lovely smoke that was

what are flowering times like on your thai's?

i've nearly finished building the new flower room today, so once the current plants go in flower and i start the next lot vegging i'll have my perpetual soil grow :D

starting outside saves electric as well as as making the plants stronger - win win situation :)

you're lucky you can grow outside like that - if i could i'd get rid of all the plants in the garden and grow huge jack herer trees! i'd build a hammock between two and swing from tree to tree picking buds off ;) ( check the pic! )

i've got a new camera now - i'll start a new grow diary as soon as i've figured out how to use it!

The times are still being determined, but the tie thai was nice at 8 weeks, could have gone a few more days though.. 8-9 weeks should do it.....
Funny thing- the columbian hashplant influence seemed to bring out more of a thai type flavor than the highland itself. I cant wait to do a good cycle of those, and fully cure the finished product....

O.K. setup another stage, the columbian is in SCROG, and there are four stinkys and a couple others going in the budroom. Combo scrog/ sog i suppose.
