good indoor strains (ease and high)

yesssss...........souvenirs.............

this is where i get confused. lots of online shops say "seeds are for collection or souvenir purposes only" which i understand, but then they say "you must be 18 years of age to buy off us" or "if you are 18 and want to enter this site click here"

how is it illegal to have a seed collection? also you have to be 16 to buy smoking accessories like pipes and papers. where do they get 18 from???

 

i think thats more down to the shops not wanting to sell to minors. its kinda weird, but people knows it goes on, but if those shops started selling to kids you'd have parents in uproar!
