You call him the greatest fucking reggae artist? He invented the genre for gods sake. Sublime is a band, Bob Marley was a savior for the rastas and Jamacians. That was a completely ridiculous question.
To Be Honest, I Think Peter Tosh Could Have Been A Great, Had He Been Given The Chance....Love Marley, But He Threw Tosh To The Wolves Because He Was Told He Could Make It In The Business By The Execs Early On In His Career...
I know Sublime isn't real reggae music and has nothing to do with Rastafari. I wasn't comparing Bob and Bradley Nowell as human beings. I just wanted to take a poll. Bob was definatley better. But I give sublime credit. They succesfully blended hip-hop, punk and reggae. But I wasn't drawing a comparison.
yea... we call that ska. and its been around a LOT longer then sublime. bob marley used to play ska with the skatalites in the 50s then he started the wailers.
